The Persona 4 extended media catalogue!

Foreward

Hi! This is intended to be both a series of my brief reviews as well as a catalouge of offical supplementary material for Persona 4 including and related to it's various spinoffs.
Due to the logistics of sharing some of these not everything on this site will have a link to it. If you are struggling to find something specific on here send me an dm on tumblr @xrd and I'll try to point you in the right direction.
I have also taken the liberty of uploading some of items linked here into a dropbox if this is preferable. Link

Games

Persona 4 Arena

Fighting game spinoff taking place after the events of P4. Featuring a new character and returing Persona 3 characters.
My thoughts:
I'd consider this a must read for anyone really into the series. Expands on the original themes in a really interesting way. Really nice to get a more introspective view on these characters. Labrys is a really incredible character who really ties the game together and expands on some of 3's content. Mechanically very well executed take on bringing rpg mechanics and movesets into a game like this. Makes the game unique among other fighting game titles.

Artbooks

Persona 4 Official Design Works

Artbook for Persona 4 featuring concept art and commentary by character designer and main illustrator Shigenori Soejima
Internet Archive scan (untranslated, and missing commentary):
Link
My thoughts:
About what you'd expect from an artbook but I'd consider this a better one from my (admittedly rather limited) experience with them. Thoroughly enjoyed looking through this one though. Soejima is a really talented designer and I really enjoy getting to see more of his thought process. Highly recommend checking this one out.

Persona 4 Visual Data

Artbook for Persona 4 significatly less detailed then the above artbook but features concept art not featured in the original P4 artbook
Internet Archive scan:
Link
My thoughts:
Artbook containing alot of illustrations from the Official Design Works artbook but has some other artwork as well. Not super interesting to be completely honest.

Persona 4 Arena: Official Design Works

Artbook for Persona 4 Arena
My thoughts:
The only artbook here I own for myself. Kind of unexpected from what I assumed it would contain. Created from primarily Arc System Works' side of the collaberation and contains alot of animation story boards.

Persona Q Offical Visual Materials

Artbook for Persona Q
My thoughts:
Pretty light on concept art due to the majority of the cast being already established. The Zen and Rei concepts are super fun to look at though. Theres a ton of fun in character comments in this but sadly there is no full translation of the artbook. Some translation stuff has been done though! If you're curious scroll down to the "Small bits" part of this page.
